We aimed to reveal the case pathomorphological and immunohistochemically. General findings of chronic isolated organ tuberculosis in cattle late period are presented this report. In history case, 2-year-old died as a result respiratory distress was brought pathology laboratory determine cause death. necropsy, it detected that encapsulated caseous foci localized caudal lobe right lung mediastinal lymph nodes were inactive. Histopathologically, non-mineralized, secondary necrosis, peripheral mononuclear cell infiltration, fibrous capsule detected. Immunohistologically, some macrophages neutrophils found be positive for Mycobacterium bovis. However, regional negative. Also, there no histopathological reaction other parenchymatous organs. As result, postprimary form is not always detectable when compared forms. Therefore, we believe report may useful. Keywords: Cow, tuberculosis, immunological detection, pathomorphology.
